On Thursday the 21 November, BOGDAN & VAN BROECK has been invited to talk about the ambitions and challenges of collective living within the framework of Housing Apart Together, an exhibition focusing on collective housing projects. Taking place on the site of the former Malmar factory in Gent, our project Bijgaardehof (currently under construction) fosters an ambitious mixed program, bringing together 59 households with a community healthcare facility. William Riche will come back on the rich and complex process of co-creation that has given birth to a new community, already years before living together!
