On the Instagram account @womeninarchitecturebelgium, Belgian architecture organizations are joining forces to create a platform for women in architecture. The often underexposed role of women in design practice, architectural policy, research and education is put in the spotlight. For a year, the account will be taken over weekly by a woman who will be posting about her work and her life, her projects, successes and challenges. The featured hostess shares her experiences in the field, whether architecture, landscape architecture, design or art. The takeovers start on March 8th, on the occasion of the International Women’s Day!
