Leo Van Broeck will participate in the “conférence dinatoire” on the decentralisation process in the Democratic Republic of Congo, organised by Olivier Mushiete and “the friends of Ibi Village”, in relation to the agroforestry model of Ibi Bateke.
Amongst others, Leo will talk about the modern vision of urban development in suburban areas in Central Africa.
