The demolition works on the site along the canal of Brussels have started! This collective amenity is articulated around three main voids, and consists of a sport hall, boxing club, cafetaria, crèche and one housing unit. The configuration of the different functions in the building enhances social interaction, both on the scale of the building and on the scale of the city of Molenbeek-Saint-Jean.
Delivery is expected in 2019.
