Construction on Bijgaardehof has officially started! Step by step, our ambitious co-housing project on the former Malmar site in Ghent will come to life.
The factory walls, which have become an urban canvas for graffiti artist ROA, will soon live on as a shared home for 59 families and a community healthcare centre.
