We are proud to announce that BOGDAN & VAN BROECK – together with a great design team composed of DDS+, Eole, 3E, Establis, Boydens, Venac, and an ambitious development team regrouping Kairos & BAM Contractors – have won the competition of Novacity carried out by citydev.brussels!
This mixed-use sustainable project will host +/- 7.500 m² of affordable housing units and +/- 7.600 m² of economical and industrial spaces, and the future public spaces of the Marco Polo site. More info on the project coming soon!
